W3 Hosts is pleased to offer three levels of technical support to our customers.
Premium level technical support is offered to all customers who have domains registered and hosted with W3 Hosts. You should have received an account activation notice with the 800 number direct hotline included. Please call and speak directly with a support technician for immediate assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.
Our support technicians may not be able to answer some requests regarding issues outside W3 Hosts control. If you believe your request was not handled properly by a support technician please escalate the issue to Customer Service .
Standard level technical support is available to all customers who have domains registered and hosted with W3 Hosts and shared web space with W3Hosts.net. You should have received a login ID and password in your account activation notice for qualifying accounts. W3 Hosts support personnel will respond to your request usually within 12 working hours although some complex problems may require 24 hours to get completely resolved. You can be sure that support staff are working diligently to solve your problem. If you do not receive a response in 24 hours please email Customer Service to escalate the issue.
